The time is now.  The presidents of The United States, Mexico and Canada are working on a NAFTA-type agreement called the North American Countries Alliance (NACA) which is unpopular with the "purists." Mavira is a military leader who was dishonorably discharged because orders were not followed during wartime.  It did not matter to the tribunal that the orders were wrong, and that innocent people would have died.  The corruption that existed then, still exists. .COM is a story about Mavira's troops, and their attempt at overthrowing NACA to show the face of the corruption within the highest offices of the government.
