New Life for Old Food

RETURN TO BOOKS FOR SALE

Sometimes old food makes the best new food. Often called left-overs, the term does not give the status that many of these recipes deserve. Consider the fact that the finest chowders start with left-over chicken bones and the stubs of onions, celery and carrots. These recipes will change the way you look at leftovers.

A soon-to-be-published 200 page cookbook with great ideas for revitalizing left-overs.

Timeshare Cooking

RETURN TO BOOKS FOR SALE

Cooking in a Timeshare has its limitations. You frequently do not have an oven. All of these recipes can be prepared using the amenities that are frequently available in most timeshares; however, even if you don’t even have a stovetop, all of these recipes can be prepared using an electric skillet that can be purchased at most discount stores for less than $20. This would pay for itself after preparing just two meals.

Appetizers and Sides

[about-header]

  • My Thunder Powder is something that you will use several times a week.
  • These recipes will be remembered, rather than just “being there”.

A great meal usually starts with a great appetizer and is accompanied by an equally stellar side dish.  Your dining experience will be elevated with Appetizers and Sides.
